Welcome to MapsLeads ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at https://www.mapsleads.com, our web application at https://app.mapsleads.com, and any related services, APIs, features, or content provided by MapsLeads (collectively, the "Services").

By registering for an account, subscribing to a plan, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

1. Description of Services

MapsLeads provides a web-based B2B data extraction and contact enrichment platform. Our software allows users to query public local business listings on Google Maps, match business web domains to named executive contacts, verify email addresses using real-time SMTP handshakes, and export data into downloadable .CSV files for use in external business software.

MapsLeads is strictly a data extraction, verification, and lead file generation tool. MapsLeads is not an email sending service, cold outreach sequencing tool, customer relationship management (CRM) platform, or marketing agency.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account and use the Services.
  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@mapsleads.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.
  • Account Non-Transferability: Account logins are intended for individual or organizational use as permitted by your subscription tier and may not be shared, resold, or assigned to third parties without prior written consent.

3. Subscriptions, Credit System, & Billing

A. Credit Structure

MapsLeads operates on a credit-based billing system:

  • 1 Credit: Consumed per individual direct decision-maker email lookup or verification.
  • 3 Credits: Consumed per full company scrape profile run (extracting company name, website, phone number, address, decision-maker name, title, and verified email).

B. Subscriptions & Renewal

Paid subscription plans (e.g., Free Trial, Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel your plan prior to the renewal date via your account billing settings.

C. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party merchant processor (Stripe). By purchasing a plan, you authorize MapsLeads to charge your designated payment method for all applicable recurring subscription fees, taxes, and add-ons.

D. Refund Policy & Cancellations

Due to the immediate digital availability and cost incurred when querying live search indexes and SMTP verification nodes, all payments and subscription fees are non-refundable once credits have been allocated or consumed, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles.

4. Acceptable Use Policy & User Conduct

You agree to use our Services solely for lawful B2B commercial, prospecting, and research purposes. You expressly agree NOT to:

  • Use extracted data to send illegal spam, unsolicited bulk email, or communications violating the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), European Union ePrivacy Directive, GDPR, or other local marketing laws.
  • Use phone numbers or contact data extracted via the Services to initiate illegal robocalls, autodialed marketing calls, or unsolicited text messages in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or 10DLC regulations.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, frame, or mirror any part of the MapsLeads software application or API infrastructure.
  • Automate scraping or access to MapsLeads itself using unauthorized external scripts, bots, or crawlers that place excessive load on our servers.
  • Bypass, disable, or tamper with security controls, credit limits, or rate-limiting protocols enforced by our platform.
  • Resell, lease, sublicense, or redistribute MapsLeads software services as a competing standalone data scraping service without explicit written permission.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website, Application, proprietary search algorithms, source code, logos, branding, UI designs, and documentation are owned exclusively by MapsLeads and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MapsLeads grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and download extracted .CSV lead reports for your internal or business operations.

6. Data Accuracy & Third-Party Disclaimers

MapsLeads extracts information from public online business directories, websites, and SMTP mail servers in real time. While our verification engine utilizes advanced handshakes and confidence scoring (0–99%) to maximize deliverability:

  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, uptime, or inbox deliverability for any individual lead or contact record.
  • Businesses frequently update titles, close locations, or alter domain mail server settings outside our control.
  • MapsLeads is an independent service and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Google, Alphabet Inc., or any of their subsidiaries.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND EXPORTED DATA ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, MAPSLEADS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MAPSLEADS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAPSLEADS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, EMAIL DOMAIN REPUTATION LOSS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES;
  • ANY OUTREACH, EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, OR MESSAGES YOU SEND USING DATA EXPORTED FROM MAPSLEADS;
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, ALTERATION, OR TRANSMISSION OF YOUR ACCOUNT DATA.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAPSLEADS' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MAPSLEADS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MapsLeads, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable privacy and marketing laws (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR); or (c) any outreach campaigns you conduct using data obtained from MapsLeads.

10. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, in our sole discretion, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or placed unreasonable burden on our infrastructure. Upon termination, your right to use the Services and remaining unused credits will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material revisions will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Services following notice of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
